General Membership Meeting - Amended Bylaws

Join us for a brief meeting to approve/decline the recommended amendments to our bylaws and close out our fiscal year. We discussed the recommended amendments during our General Membership Meeting on June 1, 2021.


Find both our current bylaws and the recommended amendments (and rationale for change) on the website. Members are invited to ask questions or suggest adjustments to the bylaws by email until June 20, 2021. This date is 30 days following the initial announcement of the intent to amend our bylaws and complies with the regulations stipulated in the current bylaws.


Only members may approve changes to our bylaws. Please become a member of the JHS Band Boosters. We do not charge dues. All parents/guardians of current band students are eligible to join.
